Reef Yucatan All Inclusive & Convention Center, Merida

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is nice but definitely needs some tidying up, and the rooms were quite old and had a weird smell. On the bright side, the service was exceptional with friendly staff who went out of their way to help. The dining options were pretty limited, but they did have some decent food. Overall, it’s not ideal, but there are some redeeming qualities.
